Very good.
Good location, very close to the Colosseum(15min by walk), metro station was also very close (5min from the apartment). Clean and cozy room. Andrea was very kind and helpful, gave us some tips what to visit and where to eat. We also got coffee, tea and some snacks for free. We would come back for sure!
Wifi signal was pretty weak, probably because of the location of the room(too far from the router). Room could’ve been a bit larger, but it was ok for the two of us.

Small room but a nice stay in a good location.
Easy check in, though door was a little hard to find the host was very helpful.
A little expensive for the size of the room, but this seems to be the normal in Rome.

Good
The building is located in a convenient area. The bedroom is beautiful, clean and comfortable.
It was not clear from the pictures that the shower box was inside the bedroom. I was sharing with a friend and it was an awkward situation. There was no fridge and only two coffee capsules for my whole stay (5 days). There was never staff around, the communication was via WhatsApp. I didn't have any problems, but I guess if any urgency appeared, it would have been a bit complicated.

Wonderful
Our host Andrea was really nice and helpful. He also gave us some tips what to see in Rome. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy. There is a supermarket and good restaurants near the property which is very convenient.
The street was very noisy. But hey, the whole Rome was noisy. I guess it wouldn't be better if we would stay somewhere else. We managed to sleep better when we closed the window.
